Aletia Martin
In January 2022, Aletia Martin took the biggest leap of her career when she put her wealth of experience to work and started her own small business digital marketing firm. In less than a year, she leveraged her years of experience and business relationships to grow from zero clients to over a dozen, and she’s just getting started.
Aletia started her entrepreneurship journey by pursuing a degree in business administration from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, previously known as USL. After the birth of her son, she moved to Atlanta in 1994. Early in her career, Aletia held various positions ranging from the office manager to the auditor, to the property manager. Each of these positions played a pivotal role in giving her the foundation and experience she needed to work with both large corporations and small businesses.
In 2008, she and her family relocated to Virginia where she truly found her passion for marketing. Her tenure at R2R Associates as the director of member services, followed by her time with the Daily Press as a multimedia account executive, showed her how rewarding it could be to help clients achieve their business goals.
In 2012, she brought her talents to GovEvents, a government events portal and boutique business-to-government marketing company. Aletia started as the program manager, and over her nine-year tenure, she grew into the role of marketing manager before finally becoming the Director of Marketing. During that time, revenue increased from $250,000 to over $1,000,000 annually.
Now, Aletia and her team offer service-based businesses and e-commerce start-ups numerous digital marketing services and products that help them connect with their clients in meaningful ways. Aletia is passionate about marketing, but it’s the ability to help other people succeed that really lights a fire in her eyes. She credits this passion with the incredible success her business has seen early on.
Originally from south Louisiana, Aletia will always be a Cajun at heart, hence the fleur-de-lis in her branding. Currently, she lives north of Atlanta with her husband of 24 years, daughter, and two dogs. When she’s not working, or hanging with her family and friends, you can usually find her practicing yoga or relaxing with a glass of wine.
Chris Martin
Hey, I'm Chris Martin, and I'm super excited about my latest adventure as the Chief Operating Officer at ABM Marketing. Moving from the hospitality world to the buzzing field of marketing is a big leap for me. It's a whole new ballgame, but I'm ready to bring everything I've learned from my past experiences to the table.
I've got a Bachelor's in Fine Arts and Graphic Design, which means I'm not just about the business side of things. I love mixing creativity with strategy. It's like seeing the world through different lenses – everything's more vibrant and full of possibilities.
Before diving into this new role, I was the Vice President of Operations with an Atlanta based Hotel Management Company. Working there was all about collaboration and getting hands-on with the executive team and the folks on the ground. We did some amazing stuff together, and I'm proud of how we drove the company forward.
My journey through the hospitality industry has been quite a ride. I've been a Regional Director of Operations at a Myrtle Beach hotel, dished out advice as a consultant in Richmond, VA, took three hotels from groundbreaking to grand opening, and picked up some shiny awards along the way. Being named General Manager of the Year, earning a Gold Hotel Award from Choice, and snagging the Marriott Courtyard Silver Circle Award were definitely highlights!
Stepping into my role at ABM Marketing, I'm all geared up to tackle new challenges and explore uncharted territories. Having received certification in Google Analytics and Google Ads, I believe my blend of creativity and operational know-how will help us navigate through the ever-evolving landscape of digital marketing. I can't wait to see what we can achieve together!
Gavin Finch
My name is Gavin Finch, and I’m a marketing professional with nearly 5 years of professional writing experience.
In college, I studied English with a focus on professional writing. Since then, I’ve filled a variety of marketing and corporate communications roles including technical writer, assistant project manager, copywriter, content writer, and ghostwriter to name a few. Over the course of my career, my work has been directly responsible for generating nearly $500,000 and indirectly responsible for much more through email marketing, SEO content, social media, proposals, and copywriting.
In my free time, I enjoy training Brazilian jiu-jitsu, spending time with my beautiful wife, and writing content that helps gifted young people live better, more effective lives. I’m thrilled to bring my experience to ABM Marketing and help your business grow into what you’ve always dreamed of it being!
Benjamin Brougham
Hello! I’m Ben, and my journey into the digital world kicked off from an early age, driven by an avid interest in gaming. This led me down a path of exploration in coding and website development during my high school years at York River Academy in Yorktown, Virginia. It was at this innovative charter school where my education intertwined core academics with a deep dive into computer technology and web design, laying a foundational stone for my digital skills.
After high school, I pursued a degree in Website Design and Development from Georgia Northwest Technical College. This formal education wasn’t just about acquiring knowledge; it was about honing my practical skills and preparing me for a future in the digital space.
Though I briefly ventured into the retail sector, my true calling in web development was undeniable. I soon found my professional home with the ABM Marketing team, where I've had the pleasure of applying my expertise across leading web development platforms such as Webflow, Wix, and Squarespace.
I specialize in designing and developing stunning, high-performance websites that elevate businesses. My expertise is not limited to crafting new digital presences; I'm also proficient in revitalizing existing websites. From enhancing user experience to troubleshooting technical issues and improving SEO, my focus is on elevating a good website to greatness.

I'm Kit, and I'm excited to bring my blend of concept design and storytelling to ABM Marketing as your Digital Marketer. After a transformative trip to Italy in 2020, I pivoted from an extensive career as a producer in commercial and digital production, where I collaborated with top advertising agencies and Fortune 500 companies. My expertise lies in working seamlessly with creative teams of all sizes, ensuring that each project not only tells a compelling story but also stays on track with time and budget.
Before my career in production, I traveled as a touring musician—a passion I still pursue through writing and playing music. I'm also deeply committed to community service, dedicating time to my daughter and volunteering at our local animal shelter.

For nearly a decade, I've been deeply immersed in the world of digital marketing, helping businesses amplify their social media presence and connect meaningfully with their audiences across multiple channels. My journey has been diverse, highlighted by my role in leading the marketing initiatives for the Lake George Regional Chamber of Commerce and Convention and Visitors Bureau. There, I honed my skills in assisting a wide array of businesses, and now, I'm eager to bring that expertise to you.
I'm a proud alumna of the University at Albany, where I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Journalism. Before diving into marketing, I cut my teeth in the world of journalism, where I was honored with several Associated Press awards and the New York State Federation of Lake Associations Media Award for my coverage of Lake George.
My passions extend beyond work. They include a strong devotion to faith, family, and community, as well as a deep commitment to conserving and preserving our rich history and the natural world. When I'm not crafting the next big social media campaign, you'll likely find me by the water or lost in the woods, engrossed in a good book, scribbling away in my journal, or playing a tune on my violin.
